The Process of making Plywood Door

Step 1: Making the Plywood Core

We begin by selecting quality plywood sheets and sawn timber, which are then carefully assembled to form the internal structure of the door. The sawn timber is arranged within the plywood layers to provide reinforcement and stability. This assembly results in a raw plywood door core, ready to move on to the next stage of processing.

Step 2: Hot Pressing Process

The unfinished plywood door is loaded into a hot press machine, where it undergoes high heat and pressure to ensure strong bonding between the layers. During this process, the structure is compressed and leveled to achieve a smooth, solid finish. Once pressed, the door is removed from the machine and allowed to cool, enhancing its durability and strength.

Step 3: Finished Plywood Door

After cooling, the door undergoes sanding and surface finishing to achieve a smooth texture and clean edges. It is then inspected for quality assurance, and any necessary final touches are applied. The completed plywood door is now ready for packaging or installation, showcasing a refined look and robust construction.
